Mrunmayi (Manu) Sahasrabudhe

Manu is a Registered Physiotherapist with a Masters degree in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation from the University of Pittsburgh. She has been working as a Physiotherapist for over 15 years in various practice settings. She has treated patients with orthopedic, neurological, and pelvic floor dysfunction.

Manu's philosophy is to empower her patients with effective ways of prevention through patient education while treating their injuries with advanced Manual Therapy Techniques. She believes in a client-centered approach in rehabilitation by formulating tailor-made programs to help patients achieve their maximum potential. Manu has constantly engaged herself in continuing education and evidence-based practice by attending various courses and workshops.
 
Going through a high risk pregnancy herself and being surprised at how few resources there seemed to be at the time, Manu decided to pursue her passion in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy. She has attended various Pelvic Health courses and uses biopsychosocial approach to create positive patient experiences that align with their unique situations.
 
Manu likes to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle and outside of the clinic, you will find her enjoying running, baking and exploring new places with her husband and son.
